Ancient City of Caesarea Ruins
The Caesarea National Park contains the remains of a prestigious city established by King Herod the Great. Prepare to be amazed when you visit the mighty Roman Amphitheatre, the Hippodrome, a 20,000 seat horse racing arena, as well as the impressive Roman Aqueducts!
Kfar Kedem Talmudic Village
Kfar Kedem is a recreated ancient Galilean village, which offers its visitors the opportunity to experience daily life in biblical times. Start off with a ride on the original 4×4 – a donkey! Then follow in the steps of ancient shepherds to spin wool, plow, and bake your own pita.
Zippori National Park

Mount Bental IDF Bunker Lookout

Day 5 Tuesday
Tiberias & The Sea of Galilee
Learn about Tiberias old and new. The city was founded in the first century and is located on the shores of Israel’s main source of fresh water, the Sea of Galilee. Learn about famous sages, Rabbi Meir Baal HaNess, Maimonides and Rabbi Akiva, all interred in Tiberias.
Beit She’an National Park
It is here that King Saul was defeated by the Philistines in a vicious historical battle. Later, Beit She’an was reestablished as a Greek city with colonnaded streets, temples, theaters and fountains. The city was devastated by an earthquake in 749 CE; now only remnants remain.
Jericho Observation Deck
The village of ‘Mitzpe Jericho’ lays on one of the last cliffs marking the edge of the Judean highlands, and overlooks the Jordan Rift Valley and ancient Jericho. We’ll make a short stop at a new observation deck to view Jericho & the Judean Desert from a unique vantage point.
Jerusalem & Mount of Olives
Located on the eastern slopes of the Jerusalem mountains, near the Temple Mount and the City of David, this peak is named after the olive trees that covered its grounds in biblical times. Today, camel rides, monasteries and ancient tombstones dot these scenic slopes.

Old City Jewish Quarter
The Jewish Quarter remains one of the single most-visited spots in all of Israel. Nestled within one square kilometer of land lay millennia of ancient history. The Old City dates back to the 8th century BCE and is home to numerous landmarks of historical significance.
Western Wall Tunnels Tour
These famous underground tunnels contain remnants of entire rooms from the Second Temple period. At Warren’s Gate, you’ll stand just a few feet away from where the Holy Ark stood, and feel the yearning of the Jewish people for the Temple for thousands of years.
City of King David Excavations
In 1004 BCE, King David conquered this city and secured the place where the Holy Temple would eventually be built by his son, King Solomon. Remaining structures such as Warren’s Shaft and the Tunnel of Siloam exhibit the intricate workings of this ancient capital city.

Experience Second Temple-era Jerusalem on the eve of its destruction by the Romans. See a virtual reconstruction of the Temple, visit the stores and walkways of the surrounding city and see the remnants of the staircase that led to the Temple Mount and the Holy of Holies.

Day 7 Thursday – MOZEL TOV!
Masada Mountain & Cable Car
Ride via cable car to the top of Masada and explore what remains of King Herod’s palace. See what it was like to live there as you view the preserved baths, cisterns and barracks. It was here that leader Eleazer Ben Yair kept the Roman Legion’s siege at bay for three years.

Friday Night Tour to the Western Wall
