Independence Hall
On May 14th, 1948 Prime Minister David Ben Gurion proclaimed the founding of the State of Israel, establishing the first Jewish state in 2,000 years. Today this location is a museum exhibiting the signing of the Declaration of Independence with audio of the historical event.
Mini Israel Park

Ayalon Institute Bullet Factory
This secret factory was established by the Haganah in 1945. While it appeared as a Kibbutz laundry facility above ground, below the noisy laundry machines was an underground facility working to produce two million bullets in preparation of the War of Independence.
Kibbutz Yad Mordechai
Founded in 1948 and named after the famous Warsaw Ghetto fighter, Mordechai Anilewicz, this kibbutz was the location of the critical battle 1948. Here a small group of 130 Israeli defenders repelled 2,500 Egyptian soldiers for 4 days buying the IDF precious defense time.
