Our experience with Shalom Israel tours was absolutely flawless. We were picked up promptly at the airport and taken to our hotel. All 5 of the various hotels we stayed in, had the reservations accurately registered. The tour guide assigned to us, was very knowledgeable as well. We saw as much as one could expect in our 14 day trip. Our tour guide needed to rearrange some stops, which meant a few changes in the itinerary. I called Shalom and he took care of it immediately. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
