Excellent Customer Service!

From the moment I contacted Shalom Israel for information on booking our 10 day Jewish Heritage tour we were taken care of with excellent service. Shalom patiently answered all of my questions before we signed on, helped us add extra days at the end of our trip and provided tons of helpful information that made preparing for this trip a breeze. In fact it was so easy that this was one of the easiest vacations I have ever taken. The tour itself was fantastic with a packed itinerary of one amazing stop after another. It also helped that our tour guide Meni was fantastic.

We will be back in a few years and will book through Shalom Israel again without hesitation!
