We just did the 10 day Jewish Heritage tour and we are so happy that we booked with Shalom. I called numerous times with so many questions and each time Shalom was so patient and always spent time to explain everything to me. There was 4 in our group and upon arrival to the hotel we only received a welcome package for 2. I could not believe it when Shalom personally showed up at the first bus stop to hand me a package for the other 2. Now that is GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Our tour guide Jonathan was so knowledgeable and passionate. My daughter found Shalom on the internet and insisted we go with his tour company instead of dealing with the travel agency. Not only did we have a better tour package but it was a few thousand dollars cheaper. Coming from NY originally, I was a little skeptical, but after doing lots of research I decided to take a chance with Shalom Tours. I can’t say enough what a great company this is. You will not find the kind of service Shalom gives you any where else. He is OUTSTANDING!!!!!
