I recently brought a group of 20 of my congregants to Israel for a 12-day tour. I was very nervous as this was our first official trip and I wanted it to be perfect. Shalom created the most fabulous journey for us and it ran seamlessly. I didn’t have to worry about anything, All the logistics were handled for me and I was actually able to enjoy the trip despite the fact that I was the leader. Shalom’s professionalism was truly outstanding. During the months leading up to the trip he responded to every question that I had immediately. I was never left in limbo, I always had an immediate response and the answer was always, “Yes we can take care of that,” or “Yes, we can make that happen.” I would never consider using any company other than Shalom Israel Tours for future trips to Israel. I could not have been more pleased.
