After much research on the Internet, we decided that Shalom Israel Tours gave us the most for the least. We expected cut rate service for the price, however, we were pleasantly surprised that Mr. Shalom Stark gave us individualized excellent service from answering questions about his tour to providing direct support while in Israel whenever we had problems arising from the loss of our passports. He was always available by phone, consistently gave us courteous and reliable information no matter how trivial. Everything about the 11 day tour we took was exceptional, from the expertise and knowledge of the tour guide to the quality of the hotels and a great itinerary. Shalom Stark made what could have been a disastrous vacation into a truly memorable one! We cannot praise him enough.
