We had a magical experience. Shimon, our guide, was encyclopedic, energetic and an overall joy. He could simultaneously captivate the adults and children alike. Shalom runs a classy operation from A to Z. The best part, as others have noted, is his incredible flexibility. We changed plans back and forth countless times and he was able to cheerfully accommodate us at every turn. Shalom’s operation is amazingly computerized, allowing everything to occur instantaneously at the click of a button. We will be back for sure!
