Having just arrived home from a two-week tour of Israel, I can genuinely say that it was one of the best trips I have ever taken. Shalom Tours arranged the limo services, hotels, and guides with impeccable attention to all the details. Each day was so interesting and I never felt any problem with safety or security. Also, although my husband was supposed to take the optional tour to Petra, he was not able to do so at the last moment. One phone call to Shalom, and the refund was issued. No hassles and no red tape. I really appreciated that service. Also, Shalom’s recommendations about the phones and wifi were dead on. As a person who has traveled many places around the world, I highly recommend Shalom Tours for a great trip to Israel.
