When planning the trip, Shalom returned our emails with questions answered and great suggestions . … Promptly! No delays, no messin’ around. We contacted several tour Israel operators using the Internet, Shalom gave us the most options and the best service.

We had what we thought were good ideas, he was very patient exploring them with us and built a custom tour that we really enjoyed! His guides were terrific, they were never late and hugely, HUGELY knowledgeable.
